Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 13, 2026
1. Introduction
PulsarX ("we", "us", or "our") provides a trading terminal for decentralized finance markets. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our website and terminal.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, company, and trading volume when you request a demo or contact us. We may also collect on-chain wallet addresses and transaction data necessary to provide the Service, as well as standard technical information (IP address, browser type, device information) when you visit our website.
3. Integrated Venues & Third-Party Data Practices
When you use the PulsarX terminal to interact with an Integrated Venue (Uniswap, Hyperliquid, Aster, Lighter, Polymarket, or Derive), that venue may independently collect and process data about you and your on-chain activity, under its own privacy policy. PulsarX does not control what data these independent venues collect or how they use it. Review each venue's policy directly:
- Uniswap — https://support.uniswap.org/hc/en-us/articles/30934457771405-Uniswap-Labs-Privacy-Policy
- Hyperliquid — https://app.hyperliquid.xyz/privacyPolicy
- Aster — https://docs.asterdex.com/resources/privacy-policy
- Lighter — no standalone privacy policy is currently published; data practices are addressed within its Terms of Service (§8)
- Polymarket — https://polymarket.com/privacy
- Derive — https://www.derive.xyz/privacy-policy
PulsarX's own data collection and use — covering only what PulsarX itself collects through the terminal interface (e.g., session data, demo-booking information) — is described in the rest of this Policy and is unaffected by this section.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to operate and improve our services, respond to inquiries and demo requests, send booking confirmations and service-related communications, and comply with legal obligations.
5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who perform services on our behalf (such as email delivery and infrastructure hosting), or when required by law. This is separate from the independent data practices of Integrated Venues described in Section 3.
6. Cookies & Tracking
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand how our site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
